IPS Seminars at University of Lapland

Jef Huysmans taught a seminar series on an international political sociology of life in motion at the University of Lapland, Rovaniemi (19-21 March 2019). He was visiting the University to look into future collaborations with DoingIPS and explore in the seminars how to develop an international political sociology that gives methodological primacy to movement. He also delivered the keynote address for the annual conference of the Finnish Political Science Association on Fracturing politics: towards a democratic analytics of (post-)surveillance societies.
